28 Days of Holiday Joy

I’m just going to go ahead and say it. This year has been a real pile of shit. I have done a fantastic job of putting on a happy face and going to work, but it hasn’t been an easy one.

But that’s not a story for today!

Today, I want to talk about the holiday season. I don’t care if you’re the grinchiest person around, the holidays do have a certain magical air to them that can’t be replicated any other time of the year. We have a complicated holiday season every year, littered with weird family dynamics, juggling Judaism wit Christianity, and somehow still managing to keep it together.

This year’s holiday season looks a little different, but even so, I’m excited to jump into the holidays with you! I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it work this year, but a little perseverance and here we are.

what you can expect

Every day, starting today until Christmas day, you’ll see a new blog post from me. They’ll be much varied and extra fun. I typically start with the gift guides so you’ll have some time to shop still, and that will be the case again this year.
